Randazzo's Italian Market

There's a little old house on Capitol St, tucked under some oak trees right off Florida blvd. Walk in and you're basically in Italy.

That's Randazzo's. Owners Kyla and Antonio met in Rome back in 2002 (she spoke no Italian, he spoke no English), fell for each other anyway, and brought the whole thing home to Denham Springs in 2011.

Antonio still bakes the ciabatta fresh every few hours and rolls the pasta in-house every single day, straight from his mom's recipes. Every table is covered in their family photos under the glass, because the whole idea is that you're not at a restaurant. You're at their house.

My picks: the sandwiches with a cold Birra Moretti, and don't you dare skip the tiramisu and a cappuccino to close it out. The bread pudding is also killer. Trust me on those.

Fifteen years in, through the flood and everything else, they're still here doing it all by hand.

Red Storm Beach Volleyball is coming to Denham on Monday nights. They have a pretty impressive background. So if beach volleyball is your thing, check it out!

Wednesdays at 6:30pm

Line Dancing every Wednesday night starting at 6:30 pm in the Crown Room.

Guided hand building, ceramic painting, good company and a moment to create something unique with your own hands. Coffee, tea, water, and snacks available. 21+ can B.Y.O.B. (please enjoy responsibly). This is a drop-in event, so there's no need to book a specific time. Just come in when you're available!

3rd Sunday every month at 9am

Breakfast at the Way Church. Everyone is welcome, so this will be an awesome chance to invite your neighbors, friends, and family for a morning of good food and good fellowship followed by some good worship about a great God!
