Welcome back to another issue of The Denham Springs Local. Got lots of fun Easter stuff coming up this week as we get closer to Easter Sunday. Should be a fun time!

Slime Part @ Live Oak Church

Slime Party for 1st through 4th graders!
Kids will enjoy a night full of games, laughter, and getting slimed with Mrs. Madison and the Live Oak Kids team.
Even better, throughout the rest of this month kids can bring friends to Wednesday nights, and we’ll be keeping a running tally for a Boys vs. Girls showdown! The winning team will earn bragging rights and celebrate big that night.
Books & Brews @ Le Chien

Books and Brews is back for another round! Good drinks, delicious snacks, and amazing reads. And free beer with a $20 purchase!
TriLuxe Gives Back: St. Jude Day for Aubree McKee
Sat 3/28, 9am-5pm
A young family member of one of theTriLuxe nurses is currently receiving treatment through St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
100% of profits and tips from services performed this day will go directly to her family.
This is an opportunity to take care of yourself while helping support a brave little warrior in the TriLuxe family.
Easter “EGG”stravaganza @ Lazy L Farms

All the animals will be ready to meet everyone! Eegg dying, egg decorating, Easter crafts, egg hunt, games, prizes, and more! The cost is $20 a person and children 5 and under are free with the purchase of an adult ticket. (Must prepay for the event. Payments are nonrefundable but can be transferred to future events. )
Louisiana Lions Camp Charity Fundraiser @ Events at Serenity

11th Annual Benefit for the Louisiana Lions Children’s Camp.
The Louisiana Lions operate a summer camp that gives Louisiana children with special needs a free camp experience, where they can enjoy swimming, fishing, games, and all the fun that camp should bring. It’s an incredible program that has helped kids across Louisiana for many years.
Live music, pastalaya cookoff, live auction, 50/50 drawing, raffle for 7 night stay in Orange Beach condo, and pastalaya and boiled crawfish.
Watercolor Class @ Brush Fire Art
Sat 3/28, 3pm-5pm
Relaxed and inspiring watercolor class perfect for all skill levels! Mr. Larry will guide you through watercolor basics on practice paper before helping you dive into creating your own beautiful bookmarks and greeting cards. Let your creativity flow! Class could last up to 2 hours.
Easter in the Park @ Sidney Hutchison Park

Fun-filled afternoon at Sidney Hutchinson Park (by the pond) for our annual Easter in the Park Celebration!
